Yoga video – Yoga Kit For Kids

Both a game and a teaching tool, this kit combines fun, fitness, and imagination. It includes 24 oversized 5 inch x 7 inch yoga cards with a yoga pose on one side and a short poem describing the pose on the other. There’s also a 24 page Teacher’s Guide that makes using yoga simple and fun, plus a 40 minute CD with 20 minutes of energizing classical music and 20 minutes of relaxing instruments. The kit provides hours of non-competitive play, and the exercises will help children develop strength, concentration, balance, and flexibility.
